RedBird didn’t start as an agency. It all began as an experiment.
Back in 2020, I was heading a podcast strategy for a supply chain brand no one was talking about. The goal? Build the biggest podcast in the space. The strategy? Turn the CEO into a top voice. I rebranded the show, booked high-profile guests, and worked behind the scenes to elevate their presence through LinkedIn and public speaking. Over time, they weren’t just hosting conversations anymore. They became the very topic of discussion.
When paid speaking invites started rolling in, I realised something:
We built a system.
A system that merged visibility with brand clarity. A system that turned subject matter experts into sought-after experts. A system that, well, worked! That system…became RedBird.
So we spread our wings.Today, we get top execs, founders and thought leaders get seen, heard, and paid. Not by chasing noise, but by owning their voice.

Muge Ortucu had a clear mission: make the podcast she worked on the biggest in its industry. She locked in. Polished content. Tight scripting. High-level guests who knew how to tell a story.
75 episodes in, the numbers were fine. But there was no breakthrough. Progress lacked momentum. Something was missing.
So she studied the shows that were exploding. Looked past the thumbnails and titles. And saw the pattern: it wasn’t just about what the hosts said. It was about who they were. Or who people thought they were.
That was the first crack in the formula. And the beginning of the next one.

Months of research and analysis gave Muge the insight she needed. The biggest shows weren’t carried by content alone. They were driven by the credibility of their hosts.
People getting traction weren’t just asking good questions. They had platforms, followings, and status. Influence magnetised attention. Attention secured top-tier guests. And top-tier guests unlocked serious growth.
With that pattern, Muge rebranded the show. She booked guests with built-in audiences. Refined the positioning. Doubled down on a consistent LinkedIn presence.
The podcast became impossible to ignore.
And just like that, the inbox started filling with invitations. Event organisers began reaching out. Not for the podcast, but for its host. Muge wasn’t just producing a show anymore.
She was running a speaker desk.

By now, Muge was leading the launch of a Netflix-style content hub. But the real momentum was happening behind the scenes, where she was promoted to managing her boss’s inbound speaker invites.
One day, mid-call with an event organiser, she made a bold move: “If you want him to speak, it’s £5,000.”
The organiser didn’t flinch. They said yes. Immediately. A few weeks later: £7,000 from a tech company’s HQ event. Then a 6-figure content sponsorship deal.
That was the turning point. Influence wasn’t just clout. It was capital.
And Muge was learning how to turn visibility into value!

By 2023, Muge had turned her boss into a personal brand. And then she engineered that brand into a revenue stream. The bookings kept coming. The credibility kept compounding.
That’s when she made the leap. Going freelance.
Armed with proof of concept, Muge started brokering speaking deals and high-value brand partnerships for other executives in supply chain and sustainability.
