Important Information
These Terms and Conditions outline how RedBird Coaching operates, including bookings, payments, cancellations, and client rights under UK law.
Please read them carefully before purchasing.
By booking a session or package, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you’ve reviewed the refund and reschedule policy in full.
If anything’s unclear, email hello@redbird-media.co.uk before completing your booking — we like keeping surprises on stage, not in small print.
Trading name: RedBird Media & PR Ltd (“RedBird”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Agreement to Terms
By completing the RedBird Coaching booking process — including the Typeform form, payment via Stripe, and session selection via Calendly — you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms and enter into a binding service agreement with RedBird Media & PR Ltd.
These Terms govern all one-to-one coaching services (“Coaching”, “Sessions”, or “Programme”) purchased directly through RedBird channels.
2. Service Overview
RedBird provides one-to-one coaching designed to help business leaders, executives (active or retired), and industry experts clarify their message, sharpen positioning, and build momentum in their speaking and personal-brand strategy.
Coaching is delivered live via Google Meet and includes strategic guidance, feedback, and structured exercises.
Each session lasts 60 minutes, though we may go slightly over if time allows.
All sessions are automatically recorded (video + audio) and transcribed using Fathom, a secure AI platform.
The recording and transcript are shared with you after each session for your personal reference.
These materials are accessible only to you and RedBird. We may delete stored copies in future, with reasonable notice so you can download them first.
Coaching is collaborative — we guide, you implement. RedBird does not produce materials, manage outreach, or guarantee specific commercial results.
3. Booking & Payment Process
Your coaching journey is completed through one seamless flow:
Booking Form – You complete the Typeform booking form.
Payment – You pay via Stripe (single session or 4-session package).
Session Scheduling – You immediately choose your session date and time via Calendly.
Confirmation – You receive instant confirmation from Calendly (with your Google Meet link) and a Stripe receipt.
Once these steps are complete, your booking is confirmed, and your contract with RedBird begins.
A RedBird onboarding email follows with prep notes and reminders.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Reschedules
How to Cancel or Request a Refund
To cancel a session or request a refund, you must email hello@redbird-media.co.uk clearly stating that you wish to cancel and (if applicable) request a refund.
Deleting or declining a calendar invitation does not count as formal cancellation.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 working days of approval.
Single Session (60 minutes)
Cooling-off: You may cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund, provided your session has not taken place.
If your session is booked to occur within those 14 days, you consent to the service beginning during the cooling-off period and acknowledge that your refund right ends 24 hours before the scheduled start time (or when the session occurs).
Reschedules: Up to two reschedules with 24+ hours’ notice.
Late / no-show: Arriving 15+ minutes late = no-show and non-refundable.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Scheduling help: Can’t find a slot? Email us — we’ll try to open alternatives (we know diaries are stacked with jobs, boards, and travel).
4-Session Package (4 x 60-minutes)
Cooling-off: You may cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund if your first session is not scheduled to take place within those 14 days, or if it is scheduled within that period and you cancel at least 24 hours before the booked time.
If the first session is scheduled within 14 days and you do not cancel 24+ hours beforehand (or it occurs), your cooling-off right ends and the package becomes non-refundable.
Reschedules: You may reschedule a total of two sessions per package (one session twice, or two sessions once each) with 24+ hours’ notice each time.
Late / no-show: Arriving 15+ minutes late = no-show; that session is forfeited and non-refundable.
Expiry: All four sessions must be completed within two months of your first booked session; unused or expired sessions are non-refundable.
Scheduling help: If availability is tight, email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
5. Recordings & Materials
All sessions are recorded (video and audio) and transcribed by Fathom by default.
Access: The recording and transcript are shared with you after each session for your personal reference. They are not shared with anyone else.
Use: Materials, recordings, and transcripts are licensed to you for personal or professional development only; redistribution or public sharing is not permitted without written consent from RedBird.
Retention & deletion: RedBird may delete stored copies later; we’ll give reasonable prior notice so you can download your files.
For details on how Fathom processes data, see our Privacy Policy (UK GDPR compliant).

8. Data Protection
We process your personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
