Buying the pack, deck, reel or website? We start with a 60-minute call to pull out what makes you worth booking. Everything else, we go straight to drafting.
② DISCOVERY CALL
A free 30-minute call to talk through your speaking goals. We'll look at your current bio, LinkedIn, pack or website (whatever you've got) and tell you straight what's worth keeping and what needs binning.
③ INVOICE & GO-AHEAD
We agree on the timeline, send the invoice, you pay it, and we're off. See full payment terms in the FAQs below.
⑥ DELIVERY
We deliver the final files straight to your inbox. Go make Bob nervous.
⑤ YOU REVIEW, WE REFINE
We share drafts, outlines or rough cuts at set points as we go, not just a finished product at the end. Get us feedback in the window and we'll refine it. Miss it, and we move on to the next stage.

Not at all. RedBird Studio is open to any speaker who wants to look the part. No strings, no retainer, no commitment beyond the project itself.

We do. For orders less than £2000, you can pay in two instalments. For orders more than £2000, you can pay in three instalments. You decide at check out.

It depends on the service. The bio and one-pager are the quickest turnarounds — typically two weeks. The speaker pack takes three weeks. Websites and speaker reels are six weeks.
Need it faster?
Express delivery is available on every service at +25%, and it halves the time taken.

It varies by service, but typically: a briefing call, existing brand assets if you have them, high-resolution headshots, and any copy or content you already use. Don't worry if you're starting from scratch — that's what we're here for.
